HR Services, recruitment company, is looking for a “ TECHNICAL SUPERINTENDANT“ for an international company operating in the marine industry.
Job Location: Varna, Bulgaria.
The company provides modern hydrotechnical and dredging solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Technical support of the company’s ships;
- Advising on the operation of ship mechanisms;
- Staffing the mechanical services of the ships of the fleet with qualified specialists.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Suitable technical education;
- Work experience on ships of the fleet, repair and shipyards;
- Formation of a personnel reserve;
- Assessment of the personnel of the technical services of the ships of the fleet;
- English.
PERSONAL SKILLS:
- Organizational and leadership qualities;
- Decision-making skills, combinability;
- Compliance with deadlines.
