HR Services is currently recruiting, on behalf of an established international company in the maritime industry, a Technical Sales professional for their expanding office in Varna.
This role combines technical understanding with commercial coordination in an international B2B environment. The position focuses on managing customer enquiries, preparing quotations and coordinating with global suppliers and colleagues.
Responsibilities:
• Managing and evaluating international customer enquiries;
• Obtaining supplier quotations and providing technical input;
• Preparing and following up on commercial offers;
• Coordinating order and project execution;
• Maintaining accurate technical and commercial data;
• Working with B2B platforms and internal ERP systems;
• Close collaboration with international colleagues.
Requirements:
• Technical education or relevant technical background (maritime experience is an advantage);
• Analytical mindset and solution-oriented approach;
• Fluent English – written and spoken;
• Good command of MS Office;
• Experience with Microsoft Business Central is an advantage;
• Experience with ShipServ, Sertica or other B2B platforms is an advantage;
• Strong time management and ability to structure own work;
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining overview;
• Independent and responsible working style.
