HR Services – recruitment agency, is looking for a „Supply Chain Coordinator“ for international company in maritime industry.

Role

This role is essential to maintaining efficiency and accuracy in our daily supply chain operations, particularly in procurement, order handling, and supplier coordination. The ideal candidate is structured, proactive, and thrives in an international work environment with a strong focus on maritime solutions.

Key Responsibilities

The Supply Chain Coordinator will support both the Supply Chain and Technical teams across a range of operational tasks, including:

  • Purchasing goods for customer-specific orders and stock replenishment.
  • Monitoring, updating, and following up on sales and purchase orders.
  • Analyzing and optimizing inventory levels in coordination with demand forecasts.
  • Maintaining accurate master data in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Managing and updating supplier price lists and contract data.
  • Negotiating pricing, lead times, and terms with suppliers.
  • Coordinating with suppliers to obtain quotations and ensure timely documentation.
  • Supporting the preparation of commercial proposals and project documentation.

Professional Attributes

  • Fluent in English, with additional proficiency in Russian or German considered a strong advantage.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently after initial onboarding.
  • Customer-oriented approach and strong collaboration skills
  • High attention to detail, especially in the handling of technical and commercial data.
  • Reliability and accountability in delivering tasks on time and to expected standards.

Core Competencies:

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and accurately.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is essential.
  • Familiarity with ShipServ or other maritime procurement platforms is an advantage.
  • Foundational understanding of supply chain and procurement practices.
  • Basic technical understanding, preferably within the maritime or marine equipment sector.
