HR Services, a recruitment agency, is looking for „PERSONAL ASSISTANT (CEO)“ for insurance company.
LOCATION: Sofia center.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support the CEO in his day-to-day tasks;
• Preparation, organization and follow-up of CEO’s meetings both in the country and abroad;
• Documents and data processing;
• Processing of internal and external correspondence both in Bulgarian and English;
• Maintain office administrative work and monitor deadlines.
YOUR PROFILE:
• Previous experience in a similar position such as Executive Assistant, or Personal Assistant in a corporate setting (advantageous);
• Very good organizational skills and flexibility;
• Serenity and stress resistance;
• Self-confidence, discretion, loyalty and perseverance;
• Excellent English is a must.
