HR Services, a recruitment agency is looking for an “ADMINISTRATIVE SECRETARY” for a commercial company.
LOCATION: Mladost 3, Sofia
WORKING HOURS: Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00
SALARY: 2,400 – 2,800 BGN net (depending on experience)
ROLE: Supporting daily office operations, documentation flow, and communication with clients and partners.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Planning and organising meetings and internal appointments
- Welcoming and assisting visitors in the office
- Monitoring and managing office supplies and inventory
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date databases
- Preparing, packaging and sending documents; coordinating courier deliveries
- Communicating with company partners via phone and email
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role
- Good command of English
- Confident computer literacy: MS Office, Excel, email platforms, standard office equipment
- Strong organisational and communication skills
