HR Services – recruitment agency, is looking for a „TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST“ for international company in maritime industry.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with excellent organizational and communication abilities, making them a vital asset in handling customer inquiries and coordinating technical processes.

Core Competencies:

  • In-depth technical knowledge, preferably within the maritime sector;
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Business Central and preferably also ShipServ, Sertica, and other B2B platforms;
  • Proven ability to multi-task and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Professional Attributes:

  • Fluent in English, with a preference for candidates who also speak Russian or German;
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently after initial training;
  • Excellent collaboration and customer service skills, ensuring professional handling of technical inquiries and follow-ups;
  • Structured and detail-oriented in managing technical data and preparing accurate proposals for clients.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive technical support to customers globally;
  • Manage inquiries, ensuring efficient routing to suppliers for quotes;
  • Oversee technical data input and platform management;
  • Coordinate quotation follow-ups and project execution in collaboration with the team;
  • Handle IHM documentations to cliеnts.
