HR Services – recruitment agency, is looking for a „TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST“ for international company in maritime industry.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with excellent organizational and communication abilities, making them a vital asset in handling customer inquiries and coordinating technical processes.
Core Competencies:
- In-depth technical knowledge, preferably within the maritime sector;
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Business Central and preferably also ShipServ, Sertica, and other B2B platforms;
- Proven ability to multi-task and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Professional Attributes:
- Fluent in English, with a preference for candidates who also speak Russian or German;
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently after initial training;
- Excellent collaboration and customer service skills, ensuring professional handling of technical inquiries and follow-ups;
- Structured and detail-oriented in managing technical data and preparing accurate proposals for clients.
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive technical support to customers globally;
- Manage inquiries, ensuring efficient routing to suppliers for quotes;
- Oversee technical data input and platform management;
- Coordinate quotation follow-ups and project execution in collaboration with the team;
- Handle IHM documentations to cliеnts.
